MINIMUM STAY: One night stay Sunday thru Thursday. Two night minimum on Friday or Saturday night. Three night minimum during holidays.
RESERVATIONS: A $100 deposit is required at time of booking, as well as a credit card for security deposit.
CHECK-IN: After 3:00 p.m. For your convenience a keyless entry is located at each house. There is no office to check-in. Upon confirmation you will be sent an entry code.
CHECK-OUT: Before 11:00 a.m.
CANCELLATIONS: If prior to two weeks before arrival, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied and your deposit returned. If within two weeks of arrival full payment is required, unless the cottage is rebooked for each of the reserved nights.
MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service can be arranged for an additional fee.
SMOKING: Permitted outside only, as a courtesy to other guests.
PETS: Pets are welcome at the Little Yellow, Parkside and Church Street Cottages with an additional $10 charge per stay.
